So I am driving home from work listening to the local rock station 93.3 the planet when they announce that they will have a battle of the sexes for tickets to see “The Darkness” in Charlotte next week. I figure as I am just starting my drive that I would give them a call and try my luck against the infinite other callers that flog their lines daily. Amazingly I get through (if you locals heard Brad from Newberry, yeah that was me). Anyway they ask th opposing female 3 questions, she gets 2 right, they ask me:
1. What is wolfgang puck known for?
2. What supermodel swimsuit model has a line of clothing at WalMart
3. Where is Oprah taped
Ok so I got all those right, call me feminized but after living with 2 sisters and then hanging out with sorority chicks all through college I know this stuff! So I have 2 tix to see the darkness! Ok so I know one of their songs but it gives me an excuse to get up to Charlotte and see my buds for a night. Lucky Irish Bastard!
