I am sad to hear of the passing of such a great leader as Ronald Reagan. I remember as a kid standing on our street corner with signs urging people to vote for Reagan. We may not have known it then, but when looking back we realize what he did for our country and the world in general. Of course he was the ideallic republican, but he was respected by many and despised by few. People will hopefully remember him in his glory as the well humored president who had an economical growth named after him and put an end to the cold war. And all this from Hollywood!! If only there was more of that coming from Hollywood.

EDIT: Heard a funny quote from the gipper today; “Republicans see every day as the 4th of July, Democrats see every day as April 15th”
