Aaand we’re back
I am convinced that either my company has a definite plan for me or they are trying to keep me as occupied as possible until they can get rid of me. It has become evident to the maintenance department that I am the frequent flyer of the whole department. I think I have gone on 6 or 7 business trips this year all for 3 days or more. Now while I enjoy living off the companies buck and eating like a king, I suffer when it comes to accomplishments of goals and development. So either I am being developed for reasons of future considerations or they are keeping me out of their hair. I have been called the great white hope by a few people in reference that I am a young maintenance supervisor, a rare breed of nutcase, so I hope that stands true and they are just force feeding me the development I need while still expecting me to meet my goals. We will see.
Oh yeah, I officially will be closing on Lauren and my new home on January 28. Sorry I hadn’t posted anything about this but it has been a hectic past few weeks as seen by the absence in posts. I will post more about the house later.

I must say, you are doing quite well for someone who finished at the bottom of their class right next to Wha… of course Wha (job-wise) is doing pretty well for himself, too.
I guess that should be some kind of testament to the quality of the ME program at Clemson.

Fuck Clemson’s ME program. Brad and Horton are doing well because they are personable. That goes a long way. Congrats on the house. When am I helping you move?

You mean when can I get you to come up and drink beer after your back gives out? I will let everyone know when the pizza and beer will be flowing.

BTW, the way you phrased your closing…
makes it sound like you’re closing on Lauren as well. So what kind of percentage rate did you get on her?

I think his closing cost on Lauren were probably around 2 to 3 months salary and one soul-one desperate lonely soul.

And look who followed soon after…Lawton! Yes closing costs on Lauren were about 3 months salary and I lost the receipt so her parents won’t take her back now

I need to get engaged while I’m still in grad school and 2-3 months salary is pretty good bargain.

Two to three months salary. Hell, I have a girlfriend for an evening whenver I want for like 3 days pay…and thats if I am highrolling. Last Sunday night, it cost me three hours pay.
