ADD at it’s finest
- Holy crap Kraft’s parent company Altria (Phillip Morris) jumped almost 4 points today on some tobacco lawsuit related news. I think I will hold on over the weekend to see what the stock does after it calms down and then I might reallocate some funds.
- I think I could eat Mexican food every day. I mean talk about convenience, if it’s on the table you can wrap it in a tortilla and it’s a meal!
- I know that everyone that reads this blog has a bit of SciFi in them so I must recommend you watch the Stargate series, both Atlantis and SG-1. These shows are today’s Star Trek, they have everything space geeks enjoy: Planetary travel, allies and enemies, dry humor comedy and great story lines (and a bunch of 2 or 3 episode shows to boot). The Funk has also recommended the new Battlestar Gallactica, I have a few episodes in waiting on my HD now.
- I found some Fawlty Towers episodes online and hope to compress and burn ASAP. If you do not know about this show, it is John Cleese’s (see Monty Python) British comedy about him and his TV wife running a bed and breakfast.
- I was going through my “backup†DVD’s today and ended up watching all of Snatch. That movie is just hilarious, so many one liners that kept me laughing out loud. One section that really got me was the 3 black guys and the dog in the “getaway†car, between the guy making fun of the driver and the dog I couldn’t stop laughing.
- I am going furniture shopping this weekend in the world famous High Point, NC. I see my self in an induced coma similar to that of a diabetic on a sugar coma by Sunday.
- I usually type all my entries up on a Word document while at work so it looks like I am doing somethiing important and then sneak into blogger when everyone is out. Is that so bad!

When I was walking to my car today, I decided that I would watch Snatch as soon as I got home. Then I remembered that I have never owned Snatch and that I always used to watch J-Rod (who just turned 31)’s copy.
I thought about the movie because I was attempting to mumble to myself in Scottish Slang. That made me think of Doug’s website, and subsequently the character Doug “The Head”.
I really need to buy that DVD. Looks like I’ll do some internet shopping soon.

Kerry buying a DVD is for pussies. Get torrents and steal it like the rest of us. (okay, that’s my total opinion 180 for the week)
I just started recording Stargate/Atlantis/Battlestar on Friday nights so that I could watch them during the week. No more reruns for me. No more Angel-the Buffy spin off- at dinner time.
I have to give Atlantis some props. It’s cool.

Uhh yeah all these popular shows can be snatched on torrents as well! Stargate, Battlestar, The OC, Desperate Housewives, you name it it’s in a torrent a day after it airs.
