So another weekend at the plant, I just hope everything that has gone wrong throughout the week calms down so my 24 hours won’t be the hell that people have come to relate to my weekends. Seriously, people ask me on Friday if I will be working on the weekends and then pray for a good weekend. It’s not that I am doing anything wrong, it’s just the plant decides to go to hell when I am here. Last time I worked I dealt with the main office and conference room turning into Niagara Falls as the plant hot water heater decided to quit and bust out all over the place. The weekend before that I had 2 machines crash. So this weekend who knows what is in store. And now the random points:

1. I am thinking of buying some new irons, the ones I am using now were fitted for my game of 6 years ago. I think my game has improved and my swing has changed. I am looking at Callaways as my dad has a set and they are sweet, I may go to something else but right now that’s what I am looking into. Plus Callaway has a used clubs website with some decent prices.

2. Lauren and I found out this week that both our casual dinnerware and formal china are being discontinued and that they will not be carried in any stores any longer. Needless to say, the bride psycho strain is coming out now.

3.I just realized that I do not have an available weekend to move my mattress from Charleston to Columbia so now I have to take a vacation day and figure after I figure out how I am going to get the King size mattress to my house. If anyone knows some laws of the highway (and yes they are probably lax in SC) I would appreciate some ideas as I really don’t feel like paying for a Uhaul much less drive one.

4. I am craving golf like a heroin fiend craves a hit….or at least I think I am.
My cousin and his wife just brought the first of the next generation of Rochfords into the world, her name is Grace Helene, we are all excited!

5. I have watched the intro movie to Battlestar Gallactica and now have watched 4 episodes of the new series, I just wish I had watched the original series to see the similarities and know more of the story line. Oh well, it’s a decent series but very jumpy and sometimes complex to follow (like the damn Sylon, Boomer, who is in the fleet and on another planet, that character is just confusing). Whatever, I am entertained.

6. I think I may tread into dark waters again and mess with my computer config which will probably end up in me reformatting the hard drives. Oh well, they were getting cluttered anyways.
