		<description>I've recently had a breakfast paradigm shift.  I was a cereal eating type for years.  I've finally gotten sick of it because I'm always starving 2 hours later.  Now I generally eat a hard-boiled egg, a banana, and two slices of wheat toast.  Sometimes I make a turkey and/or cheese sandwich with the toast. 

Then I have a can of Chunky soup for lunch, usually with another piece of fruit.  

And since I can't find anything else I want to do right now, I'm going to cook food for myself for the next few days.</description>
