That is one of Rush Limbaugh’s newest T-Shirt slogans. I laugh every time I hear about them, I laugh even harder at the whiney bitches on the left saying that Gitmo is a gulag or similar to a Nazi death camp. Let’s see here, we accommodate their needs religiously by supplying them with Korans, prayer rugs, prayer calls 5 times daily and have even painted areas that make noise for soldiers not to walk during the calls to prayer. We also supply them with 3 square meals a day, the last I hear was orange glazed chicken with vegetables and potatoes. Dick(head) Durbin is the one leading the charge on Gitmo (unless you want to include a lowly peanut farmer…..and former president) and his best arguments involve: playing loud rock music in a cell, turning the AC so high that an prisoner was shaking, and turning the AC off so the temperature was around 100 degrees. Now 100 degrees is the closest thing to back home that the prisoners have got, everything else is just better. Ooooh loud rock music, that’s horrible, and AC well that’s a priveledge. On the opposite side of this torture is our military. They are stationed in 100 degree heat daily, and if they are lucky they get 3 MRI’s a day. Somehow the “torture” we are issuing to our enemy combatants seems a bit lax on what we are doing to our own people. I am sick of people bitching about the treatment of individuals that were hellbent on killing Americans. Thanks to some underground pact, the media won’t even show 9/11 clips anymore, which is one way of getting people to “forget” and lose the passion the country once had on the issue. That may be a horrible way to get to the point but people have obviously put on the blinders and are ignoring what was the past and looking at the present situation as if the prisoners at Gitmo did nothing at all. I am just sick of all the human rights activists saying that we are mistreating people who want to kill us. I think we should develop a national security department that is like the CIA, no one knows about it but it takes care of stuff. They will be the NRA card carrying militia men that just “take care” of problems. I think I can start the program here in my plant. We have a problem they take care of it, maybe not the best way but it will no longer be a problem. Say illegal immigration for instance, I heard a report that 1 in 11 mexican born citizens are illegals in this country. That’s ridiculous, but say we send the new group in to take care of the problem. Well with enough snipers on open season on the border would be a great deterrent for trying to cross the border. The militia men had the right idea, they just couldn’t take it a step further. As for Gitmo, it’s in freakin Cuba….I say we pull out, send the new group in, and voila no more problem. But before we do that I agree with Glenn Beck in that if Gitmo has toilets that can suck down whole Korans, I want one of them in my bathroom!
