This past Friday, Sci Fi started the new seasons of Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis and Battlestar Gallactica. I have written about these shows before and encourage all you sci fi fans to get hooked on these shows. If you are already a sci fi fan then you would recognize the newest additions to the Stargate SG-1 family as they are from one of Sci Fi’s recent series that just ended: Farscape. The dry humor of these additions is perfect for the Stargate show and I look forward to the season. The first show is dealing with the regathering of the SG-1 group and the assignment of the former farscape captain as the leader of SG-1. The warrioress of farscape is now a bounty/treasure hunter in what can only be called a leather dominatrix outfit which is not needed but in Sci Fi tradition, they put all the toned, fit women in tight clothing to keep the pimple faced teens interested. Oh well, whatever works.

She also talks about sex all the time. It’s kind of confusing with Crighton on, too. I’m just glad he made it back to earth.
Battlestar still rocks. Atlantis ia great. I’m a little concerned about Stargate, though.
To quote something I heard *too* much:…
“HE’S MY FAAAAAATHER!!!”

Oh yeah and on Stargate Atlantis, Skinner from X-Files was a captain of the battleship that came to their rescue. Pretty cool melding of Sci Fi shows this season so far.
