Relapse
You know you are a child of the eighties when you realize that, yes, you are whistling the theme music to Legend of Zelda while walking around the plant. Oh well, at least I am expanding from whistling Super Mario Brothers!

Does randomly repeating the 30 man Contra code count? If so, I’m in to relapses too.

True story:
One of my brother’s friends joined the Peace Corps out of high school and was assigned to a remote location in Africa. While he busied himself with digging wells and teaching the tribespeople he was assigned to, much of the day was down time, so he would read and whistle or hum. One day, he was humming the Super Mario Brothers theme and the tribesmen asked him what he was humming and if he wouldn’t teach them the tune. He consented and soon enough, they were humming right along.
He said it was the oddest thing to be walking along the edge of a copse of trees and hear the SMB theme come floating on the wind out of trees.
I don’t know if he ever taught them the underground theme…

I think Lawton is partially on to something. He’s got the first part reversed, but I think the entire code is the one for Super Contra.

Weren’t some of us playing Contra and Mortal Kombat the morning of the first JDGA event at Faloon-A-Palooza? Ya know, before we found out that Hug-a-bunch had pissed on his laptop?
