- Clemson has eliminated itself from the college world series. Yes, they eliminated themselves, how else do you explain losin a three run lead and losing by one in 3 innings. I guess you could call it Georgia Tech baseball as they did it throughout the CWS. Oh well, that clears all the baseball talk online and focuses everyone on the upcoming holiday known as “Opening Game Day”. 72 days left!
- My firefox weather bar shows a thermometer on fire….seriously.  It is THAT hot here, 95 degrees and humid as a mo fo. Hopefully, the weather will calm down by September 2, opening day, as Death Valley has no circulation (especially now with the new structures in place.
- USA plays Ghana today on ESPN HD. I look forward to watching it and hope at least ONE team I am rooting for will win a game this week.
- The wife and I get to swap phones out this week, so I get to research all the new tech. Too bad I am such a cheap ass or I would go in for Razrs or some other bluetooth or web accessing phones.
Yes, and we couldn’t even beat Ghana. Does that mean the Czech Republic doesn’t move on either. If not for work being extremely easy this week, it would have qualified for a pretty crappy one overall.
