Screw you guys…..
I have to work all weekend……..and Monday……..and Tuesday. You can stop laughing any time now.Â
Also, why do all the classic rock stations play the same corny annoying Friday afternoon 5:00 playlist (”I don’t wanna work”, “I’m a happy boy”, something looney toonish cartoon collection of sounds). That gets on my nerves every week and I change the channel just to skip it.
Drink one for me in Charlotte this weekend boys and girls!!

We’re in the same boat. We get tomorrow off due to company policy (NO WORK between sundown Friday and sundown Saturday - ever). The Wife goes in Sunday Morning (6am to about 9am) to calibrate some equipment with others. Then she comes home and I go in and stay till 7 or so. Monday - She telecommutes (and watches the kids - daycare closed) and I’m in. Tuesday is the same.
It happens…

Well,
I’m at work right now. It’s 5:51 AM on Saturday. I’m not getting paid for this and no one’s gonna give me an ‘atta boy.’ This is what happens when an architect lets a job stay on hold for 7 months and tells you on monday to have everything complete July 5th. What a dick.
I hope you’re day goes fine. I hopefully will finish everything in a reasonable ammount of time so that I can get off work on time on Monday to go to Charlotte.
Peace Love and Humptiness.

Brad, I’m desperate. For some reason, I am having trouble with my computer. I can’t access any Word docs. When I click on a file name, it comes up “(File name) is unavailable.” I sent a doc as an attachment to a friend as a test, and she was able to download the doc and read it, so the docs are still there, they’re just *unavailable.*.
There is some “global template” attached to my computert called Normal. I have no idea what that is, or where it came from. I’ve deleted it several times, but when I click on a new word doc, it pops back into the “template” folder.
Any ideas or advice? Thanks.
