Happy Valentines Day!  yeah yeah yeah the whole media blitz thing pushed the wife and I to forgo the chocolate and stuffed animal crap that you usually get.  Instead, I volunteered myself to create a great V-Day dinner which included Filet Mignon, Green Beans Almondine, Garlic Smashed Potatoes and a dessert of Molten Chocolate Cake.  Along with a dozen tulips and a card the dinner setting was great and the dinner was amazing.  It was definitely worth it to buy the Fresh Market filets that totaled the most that I have ever paid for meat.  the chocolate cakes are amazingly easy and come out looking just like the picture and are very rich, definitely a milk chugging dessert.
