MIKE HACKABEE throws an uppercut at all the ACLU and whiney anti-Christmas populace out there. I am leaning towards him and Romney for the vote next year and am favoring Huckabee as he seems more of a people person than the business man that Romney seems to be exemplifying. Romney would be good for the budget and economy but Huckabee seems to have the down home “This IS America” Chutzpah that I have been looking for in a President for some time.

Please remove Huckabee from your serious contenders list, ASAP. The man is unserious (at best) when it comes to foreign policy, is a nanny-stater at heart (see: fat, smoking, etc.) and is a fiscal liberal, looking to protectionism and tax raises to fund his projects. He puts forth a socially conservative image but just doesn’t have the chops in any other areas that a President simply must.
Ann Coulter put it quite aptly: Huckabee, if elected, would be a Republican Jimmy Carter. I don’t want that, and I doubt you do either.

I loved the Huckabee family picture on Drudge today.
I’m pretty sure I’d vote for John Kerry, and maybe even Teddy Kennedy before I voted for Huckabee. Although Huckabee might have a nose in front of John Edwards.
